Shipping policy

After an in stock order is placed, processing time for shipping is within 2 business days of the order. If the item is a special order, freeze drying times will vary depending on the special order, and then once the item is created, normal processing time of 2 business days will begin. Our small business will exclude holidays and weekends for processing.

Currently we are only shipping domestically within the United States of America. We hope to be shipping outside of the U.S. in the near future. Utilize the menu selection when ordering your item and we will ship with that criteria.

Shipping costs will be as selected when checking out. Free shipping on orders over $99.00 will use the flat rate shipping option.

Local delivery options at upcoming Markets or Events we will be at. Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for this option so we can prepare your items before leaving to the event. We love to meet our customers at Markets and Events.

There are no returns on food items. On apparel and other items we sell that are not food related, there is a 30 day return policy on unopened items. If there is an issue with any item, please reach out to frostbittenfavorites.com so we can understand what happened and attempt to resolve the issue.

If there are any service interruptions, we will communicate to our customers so that it is clear when you will receive your interruptions. If and when these situations arise, it will be because of variables outside of our control. If there is a planned delay for family reasons, we will communicate that as well.
